the location was acceptable with tram access nearby
the room felt small on arrival the cleaning was inconsistent i found the 'do not disturb' sign ignored one day but then no service at all on subsequent days this was disappointing

clean room great breakfast perfect location
the staff was lovely and rooms were clean! i found excellent value for money and the breakfast was great. the location is also perfect. i really appreciated that i was near everything for shopping and sightseeing.
The spa wanted to charge extra if we come after 5pm, even though it was included. The receptionist confirmed this.

i found the breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries the location was central making it easy to walk to many attractions the room included a minibar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks

Amazing Amenities and Accessibility!

I found transport very convenient. The hotel is super close to the metro and tram. The room was cleaned daily, and the team always left drinking water. The breakfast included many choices. tasty food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant! The on-site pool, sauna, hammam, and massage services were perfect for unwinding.
I noticed some noise from other rooms as the soundproofing was not ideal.

i appreciated the hotel's location it made exploring easy. the breakfast had diverse options i enjoyed every morning. shahniz was friendly and helpful . the pool had warm and clean water
i found that the room wasn't very soundproofed noise from the hallway was audible.

fresh towels great breakfast
the room was always super clean. it included fresh towels and cleaning service daily. Breakfast options were very GOOD and fresh.
the bed was not good. for us it was just two separated beds linked to each other.

The hotel's location is near the Suleyman mosque! it offers easy access to attractions and eateries. My room faced the Shehzade Mosque! I found it easy to get taxis, and the housekeeping was superb. I thought the hotel offered good value.
The gym only opens at 10 AM, not ideal for early workouts.

Breakfast featured a good variety! There were many sweets and fruits available! I noticed a few meat options with sliced sausages! The staff worked hard to keep the breakfast area stocked.
